NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider adoption of
Ordinance #164: ENACTING A WATER AND SEWER RATE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 51.30 AND CHAPTER 52.30 FEE REQUIREMENTS. THIS ORDINANCE REPEALS AND REPLACES WATER AND SEWER RATES IN RESOLUTION NO. 13-14-319.
This ordinance is commonly referred to as the “Utility Rate” ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
