Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 220 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on October 7, 2024. 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORIGINAL MASTER PLAN OF THE TURTLEBACK MOUNTAIN RESORT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, § 155.095

 Notice is hereby given that Turtleback Mountain Resort Planned Unit Development has requested a zoning amendment to the master plan previously adopted by the City of Elephant Butte. The proposed Ordinance 220 An Ordinance Amending the Original Master Plan of the Turtleback Mountain Resort Planned Unit Development will be presented for Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10:00am before the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.

 Notice is hereby given that Turtleback Homes N Land, LLC submitted the proposed replat for the Subdivision Canon del Luna. The proposed Replat of Canon del Luna Subdivision will be presented for Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10:00am before the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935. 

Notice is hereby given that Turtleback Homes N Land, LLC submitted the proposed replat for the Subdivision Canon del Luna. The preliminary plat submittal of Las Palomas Subdivision will be presented for Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10:00am before the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935. 

Notice is hereby given that Integrated Environmental Services QOZB, LLC has submitted the preliminary plat for the Subdivision to be known as Las Palomas. The preliminary plat submittal of Las Palomas Subdivision will be presented for Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 1:30pm before the Elephant Butte City Council, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.
