Ordinance #165: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPOSITION AND COLLEECTION OF A MUNICIPAL LICENSE TAX FOR THE SALE, DISTRIBUTION, SERVICE AND PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BEER, WINE; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact the City Clerk at 575-744-4982 X100 with questions regarding the ordinance or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
