Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider adoption of
Ordinance #164: ENACTING A WATER AND SEWER RATE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 51.30 AND CHAPTER 52.30 FEE REQUIREMENTS. THIS ORDINANCE REPEALS AND REPLACES WATER AND SEWER RATES IN RESOLUTION NO. 13.14.319.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact the City Clerk at 575-744-4982 X100 with questions regarding the ordinance or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
