Ordinance #166: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ECONOMIC DEVELEPOMENT PLANNING; REMOVING PROHIBITION ON PUBLIC SUPPORT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN RURAL AREAS INVOLVING RETAIL SALES.
This ordinance is commonly referred to as the “LEDA” ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact the City Clerk at 575-744-4982 X100 with questions regarding the ordinance or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
