CITY HALL WILL BE CLOSED THURSDAY & FRIDAY FOR THANKSGIVING
In observance of Thanksgiving, City Hall will close at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 25 and will be closed on Thursday, November 26 & Friday, November 27, 2020. We will re-open for appointments and calls (575) 744-4892 on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 8:00 am. We will remain closed to the general public. For help with permits, please call (575) 744-5000.

Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 193 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on August 19, 2020.
Ordinance 193 is an ordinance designating the Seventh Judicial District Magistrate Court located in Truth or Consequences, Sierra County, New Mexico as the court with jurisdiction over the ordinances of the City of Elephant Butte pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 35-14-1(B).
