NOTICE OF ADOPTION – ORDINANCE #154
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 154 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2015.
Ordinance No. 154 is referenced as “Amending City Code Sections 91 and 155 to allow the limited keeping of female chickens” and hereby amends the City Code to allow up to 5 hens on lots of at least 10,000 square feet within the R-1-A, R-1-B, R-1-C and C-2 zoning districts upon issuance of a City permit. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 153 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2015.
Ordinance No. 153 is referenced as “Repealing Ordinance No. 150 ” and hereby repeals Ordinance No. 150 – previously adopted on April 1, 2015 – to provide for entering into a loan agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 152 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 3, 2015.
Ordinance No. 152 is referenced as “Amending the City Code regarding the C-2 Commercial Zoning District. Specifically, City Code Sections 155.005 “[Zoning] Definitions” and 155.033 “Establishment of Official Commercial Zoning District Map, Zoning Districts and Boundaries” are hereby amended with revisions to lot coverage and setbacks, landscaping plans, site plan requirements, and permitted and conditional uses allowed.
