Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 195 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on May 19, 2021.
Ordinance 195 is an ordinance amending the City of Elephant Butte Code of Ordinances 2015, Chapter 72, off-highway motor vehicles on city streets.
