Notice is hereby given that Draft Ordinance 202 was approved for Public Comment for a 30-day period ending Saturday, March 5, 2022, during a duly advertised public meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting of the City of Elephant Butte, NM, on February 1, 2022.
Draft Ordinance 202 establishes a short-term residential rental overlay zone.
