CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION #CU-15-02

Notice is hereby given that the chairman of the City Planning & Zoning Commission has called for a special meeting of the Commission on Thursday June 25, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall, 103 Water Street. During that meeting, the Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application in Case #CU-15-02 from Daniel Montoya, owner of I’ll Do It Electric, to establish a construction/ contractor’s yard.

This proposed use is considered a conditional use pursuant to Section 155.033(G) of the City Code which requires a public hearing in accordance with Section 155.006(F).  The subject property is located at 112 Desert View Drive and is more specifically described as Elephant Butte Estates Unit 29, Block 12, Lot 10, contained within the C-2 Commercial zoning district.

NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM

In accordance with Section 10-15-1, NMSA 1978, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City of Elephant Butte Planning & Zoning Commission may attend the:

June 14, 2015  Erecting of Flags along Butte Boulevard & Warm Springs Boulevard beginning at 6:30am, and again to take down the flags at 4:30pm.

June 14, 2015  9am – 2pm Flag Ceremony at American Legion post#44.
