Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held during the regular Elephant Butte City Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at 2 pm.
The public hearing will be in regard to designating the Seventh Judicial District’s Magistrate Court located in Truth or Consequences, Sierra County, New Mexico as the court with jurisdiction over the City of Elephant Butte’s ordinances pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 35-14-1(B).
