Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 181 will be presented for Public Hearing on Wednesday March 20th, 2019 at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.
Ordinance 181 is an ordinance of the city ordinance of Elephant Butte, New Mexico, amending sections in Chapter 152 amending requirements in placement of a changeable electronic variable message sign.
This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety: Ordinance 181 or at City Hall, 103 Water Street, from 8am -12pm and 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday.
