Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider adoption of
ORDINANCE 170: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION CODE OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, CHAPTER 151 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, REVISING THE PROVISIONS FOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL AND RE-ORGANIZING THE PROVISIONS FOR SUBDIVISION STANDARDS, REPEALING AND REPLACING SECTIONS 151.07, 151.08 AND 151.10, RE-ORGANIZING AND ADDING NEW MATERIAL AS SECTIONS 151.09 AND 151.12, AND RETAINING SECTIONS 151.01-151.06, 151.11, 151.13-151.15 AND 151.99.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
