Notic is hereby given that the City of Elephant Butte will hold a Municipal Court Dissolution Committee meeting on Wednesday, August 5 at 2:00 m.
The meeting will be regarding designating the Seventh Judicial District’s Magistrate Court located in Truth or Consequences, Sierra County, New Mexico as the court with jurisdiction over the City of Elephant Butte’s ordinances pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 35-14-1(B).
