Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 209 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on April 26, 2023.
Ordinance 209 is an ordinance amending section 31.66, 31.67 of the Lodgers’ Tax Ordinance pertaining to the collection of Lodgers’ Tax and the Lodgers’ Tax Advisory Board.
