Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 196 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on July 21, 2021.
Ordinance 196 is an ordinance increasing the compensation of its elected city officials pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 3-10-3.
