NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM
Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico, may be present at the following meeting for the discussion of public business regarding the Sierra Vista Hospital master plan for the medical office building and expansion of the hospital: January 6, 2016, 4:00 p.m., Truth or Consequences Civic Center, 400 W. 4th St., Truth or Consequences, NM, 87935.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 155 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON NOVEMBER 18, 2015.
Ordinance No.155 is referenced as “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEW MEXICO UNIFORM TRAFFIC ORDINANCE BY REFERENCE”.
This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Street, from 8am – 12pm and

Calling All Volunteers!
Please join us in honoring Veteran’s Day by putting up flags along Butte Blvd. and Warm Springs on November 11, 2015.
All volunteers should meet at the City Annex building 106 Warm Springs at 6:30am. (be a few minutes early for instructions if you are a first time volunteer).
We will assemble again at 4pm to take the flags down.
We appreciate our volunteers! Please join us after putting up flags in the City Hall Conference Room for breakfast.
