NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM

In accordance with Section 10-15-1, NMSA 1978 (2010 Cumulative Supplement), notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (City Council) of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico may attend Oktoberfest at the Sierra del Rio Golf Course Patio on October 3, 2015.

This notice is posted because there may be a potential quorum present.  No public policy will be formulated by any members present.  There will be no public business discussed by any members present, and no action that the City Council has authority to take will be taken by any member present.
