NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORDINANCE NO. 154 WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE, NEW MEXICO DURING ITS DULY ADVERTISED PUBLIC MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2015.
Ordinance No. 154 is referenced as “Amending City Code Sections 91 and 155 to allow the limited keeping of female chickens” and hereby amends the City Code to allow up to 5 hens on lots of at least 10,000 square feet within the R-1-A, R-1-B, R-1-C and C-2 zoning districts upon issuance of a City permit.
