NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday June 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of the hearing shall be to consider adoption of Ordinance #152: Amending the City Code regarding the C-2 Commercial Zoning District. Specifically, City Code Sections 155.005 “[Zoning] Definitions” and 155.033 “Establishment of Official Commercial Zoning District Map, Zoning Districts and Boundaries” would be amended to address lot coverage and setbacks, landscaping and site plan requirements, and permitted and conditional uses allowed.
Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please contact the City at 744-4892 x103 with questions regarding the ordinances or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
