Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 192 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, NM on March 17, 2021.
Ordinance 192 is an ordinance changing Zone R-1-C TO R-1-P for the Camelback Place, Carousel Place, Elephant Circle, and San Pedro Loop subdivisions and amending the Code of Ordinances, § 155.030.
