Notice is hereby given that 541 Lakeshore LLC has filed an Appeal for a variance request that was denied by the Zoning Commission on November 4, 2025. This Appeal will be presented for Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 2:00pm at a Regular Meeting of the Elephant Butte City Council, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.
541 Lakeshore LLC is seeking a front setback variance for the proposed new development of a single-family residential home and accessory structures on the property located at 501 Lakeshore Drive.
