Notice is hereby given that 541 Lakeshore LLC has applied for a variance request that will be presented for Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:00am at a Regular Meeting of the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.
541 Lakeshore LLC is seeking a front setback variance for the proposed new development of a single-family residential home and accessory structures on the property located at 501 Lakeshore Drive.
Code Reference: ยง 155.026 R-1-A (C) Building/development requirements.
(9) Setbacks. Minimum setbacks are:
(a) Front setback 30 feet.
(b) Side setback 5 feet, or 10 feet when abutting BLM or BOR Land.
(c) Rear setback 5 feet, or 10 feet when abutting BLM or BOR Land.
