The City of Elephant Butte hereby provides notice of public hearing that Purple Cactus, LLC dba Pat’s has gone through the preliminary approval process with NMRLD to transfer ownership only of dispenser license No.DIS-000522. As directed by NMRLD this matter will now be presented for Public Hearing on Friday, February 20, 2026, at a Special City of Elephant Butte City Council Meeting at 2:00pm. The city will make its meetings open to the public at 103 Water Ave. Elephant Butte, NM 87935.
