The City of Elephant Butte hereby provides notice of a public hearing that Roadside Revival & Recovery, LLC has applied for a variance on an 8’ tall solid fence and gate. Code Reference 155.033 allows for a 6’ tall fence. This matter will now be presented for Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at a Regular City of Elephant Butte City Council Meeting at 2:00pm. The city will make its meetings open to the public at 103 Water Ave. Elephant Butte, NM 87935.
