Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to consider adoption of ORDINANCE #172, CLEAN WATER REVOLVING FUND LOAN APPLICATION.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Please contact the City Clerk at 575-7444-4982 X100 with questions regarding the ordinance or at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing should you require special accommodations.
