Notice is hereby given that Elephant Butte Elks Lodge #2885 has gone through the preliminary approval process with NMRLD to obtain a liquor license. As directed by NMRLD this matter will now be presented for Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at a Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting at 2:00pm. The city will make its meetings open to the public at 103 Water Ave. Elephant Butte, NM 87935.
