Notice is hereby given that DM Storage has applied for an extension and an amendment to the conditions on the conditional use business registration that was set by the Zoning Commission on August 6, 2024.
This extension and amendment request will be presented for Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 10:00am at a regular meeting of the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.
DM Storage was approved to operate within the City of Elephant Butte in accordance with code 155.033G 28. Business registration number 698 was assigned.
