NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM
Notice is hereby given that a potential quorum of the Mayor and the City Council Members may occur as members may attend the Grand Opening & OHV Event at 900 Butte Blvd., Elephant Butte, Sierra County New Mexico, Saturday, November 7, 2026.
Although a majority of the City Council may attend this event, no public policy will be formulated by any members present and no action that the City Council has authority to take will be taken by any members present.
