received by Janet Porter at 103 Water Avenue, Elephant Butte, NM 87935 until 2:00 p.m. local time,
February 4, 2026.
The official bid opening will be conducted at 103 Water Avenue, Elephant Butte, NM 87935 at 2:00
p.m. on February 4, 2026.
Project Description: This project consists of new storage tanks, pump station, fire hydrant, waterline,
storm drain and clearing and grubbing of existing site.

Copies of the Bidding Documents in electronic media format may be requested by emailing

addenda related to this project.
Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section
13-1-21 NMSA 1978 (as amended).

2:00 p.m.
