Notice is hereby given that Resolution 22-23-108 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico on January 11, 2023.
Resolution 22-23-108 is a resolution of the City Elephant Butte, New Mexico, Authorizing the Execution & Delivery of a Colonias Infrastructure Project Fund Loan/Grant Agreement.
This resolution can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Ave., from 8am -12pm and 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday.
