Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 214 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on June 28, 2023.
Ordinance 214 is an ordinance for contracting for solid waste collection, transfer, transport, and disposal for all residential and commercial properties within the municipal boundaries.
