Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 229 was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on October 14, 2026. This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Avenue, from 8 am -12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s website www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
