POTENTIAL QUORUM NOTICE
There will be occasions when a Quorum of the Governing Body may be attending a function at the same time.
No business in the City of Elephant Butte will be conducted on these occasions.
No action will be taken.
Any discussions will follow the Open Meetings Act.
