PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2021 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE WITH NEW MEXICO AMENDMENTS; REPEALING ORDINANCE 60; AND REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 92 OF THE ELEPHANT BUTTE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 231 will be presented for final adoption by Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at a Regular City of Elephant Butte City Council Meeting at 2:00pm. The City of Elephant Butte will make its meetings open to the public. This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Avenue, from 8 am -12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s website www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
