Notice is hereby given that Resolution 25-26-125 Water Rate Schedule was adopted during a duly advertised public meeting of the governing body of the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico on March 20, 2026. This resolution can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Avenue, from 8 am -12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s website www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
