Water Avenue will have a temporary detour in front of City Hall today. There is utility work being done at 102 Water Avenue. The detour will take traffic through the City Hall parking lot at 103 Water Avenue around the utility work. Please be patient and cautious as construction crews will be working. We will update when it is reopened fully. Thank you!
