AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES 29, 34, AND 222 PERTAINING TO UTILITY RIGHT-OF-WAY MANAGEMENT; PROVIDING FOR PROCEDURES; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 227 will be presented for final adoption by Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at a Regular City of Elephant Butte City Council Meeting at 2:00pm. The City of Elephant Butte will make its meetings open to the public. This ordinance can be reviewed in its entirety at City Hall, 103 Water Avenue, from 8 am -12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s website www.cityofelephantbutte.com.
