Notice is hereby given that Todd Budlong has applied for a variance request that will be presented for Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00am at a Regular Meeting of the Elephant Butte Zoning Commission, City Hall, 103 Water Ave., Elephant Butte, New Mexico 87935.
Mr. Budlong is seeking an age variance for the placement of a 1985 16’x52’ single-wide mobile home on the property of 203 Trinity Avenue.

(a) Additionally, all mobile homes that are installed at any location within the city limits shall not be 20 years or older at the time of installation. Any unit to be used for non-residential purposes shall meet all NMBC standards and shall be in full compliance with requirements for access to the disabled as required by NMAC § 14.12.1.
