Notice of public hearing is hereby given that Butte Cannabis has gone through the preliminary approval process with the State of NM as required by Ordinance 198 to obtain a cannabis license. This new business request will now be presented for a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023, at a Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting at 2:00 pm. The city will make its meetings open to the public at 103 Water Ave. Elephant Butte, NM 87935.
