In Accordance with Section 10-15-1, NMSA 1978 (2010 Cumulative Supplement), notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (City Council) of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico may attend the following events:
November 11, 2016 Putting up flags along Butte Blvd and Warm Springs beginning at 6:30 am, and again to take down the flags at 4:30 pm.
I hereby certify that this notice was posted in accordance with Resolution 13-14-315, A Resolution Relating to the Open Meetings Act Policy of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
