In accordance with Section 10-15-1, NMSA 1978 (2010 Cumulative Supplement), notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (City Council) of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico may attend the following events:
August 17, 5pm Decorating the City Float for Elephant Days at City Annex.
August 21, 22, and 23, 2015: Various Activities pertaining to the 8th Annual Elephant Days Celebration. Activity locations include the City Event Grounds at 104 Water Street, parade route alonog Butte Blvd., Car Show at Elephant Butte Inn, and Balloon Regatta at Elephant Butte Lake State park. No City Business will be discussed, and no decisions will be made.
