ANNUAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETINGS
2018
In accordance with Section 10-15-1, NMSA 1978, notice is hereby given that the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico, County of Sierra will hold the following meetings in 2018:
All meetings will be held at City Hall, 103 Water Street, Elephant Butte, New Mexico, unless otherwise posted.
CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETINGS – Held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2pm; Workshops precede meetings at 1pm.
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION (P&Z) REGULAR MEETINGS – Held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 9am; Workshops follow the meeting.
LODGERS TAX ADVISORY BOARD (LTAB) REGULAR MEETINGS – Held Quarterly in January, April, July, and October on the 2nd Thursday at 9am.

POTENTIAL QUORUM NOTICE
There will be occasions that a Quorum of the Governing Body may be attending a function at the same time. No business of the City of Elephant Butte will be conducted on these occasions. No Actions will be taken. Any discussions will be in compliance with the open meetings act.
