Notice of public hearing is hereby given that NM Golf Properties, LLC dba Sierra del Rio Golf Resort has gone through the preliminary approval process with NMRLD to obtain a liquor license. As directed by NMRLD this matter will now be presented for Public Hearing on Friday, March 3rd, 2023 at a Special Scheduled City Council Meeting at 10:00 am. The city will make its meetings open to the public at 103 Water Ave. Elephant Butte, NM 87935.
