Pursuant to NMSA 3-17-3 (B) Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting to be held at 103 Water Street, Elephant Butte, New Mexico on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing shall be to consider adoption of:
ORDINANCE 163
AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A NEW CHAPTER 72 OF THE ELEPHANT BUTTE MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION OF OFF HIGHWAY MOTOR VEHICLES ON CITY STREETS AND PROVIDING FINES FOR VIOLATIONS.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.
