Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 2:00pm at City Hall, 103 Water Street. The purpose of this hearing shall be to conduct a quasi-judicial hearing to consider an appeal of sewer service charges to Ms. Joy Dean at 400 San Pedro Loop, Elephant Butte.
