In accordance with NMSA §Section 10-15-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Body (City Council) of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico may attend The ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of Salon del Rio located at 400 Rock Canyon Road, Elephant Butte, NM on October 12, 2016 at 4pm. There will be no public business discussed by any members present, and no action that the City Council has authority to take will be taken by any member present.
