NOTICE OF MEETING AND INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 153
Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in an ordinance to be considered for adoption by the City Council of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico at a regular meeting to be held at 103 Water Avenue, Elephant Butte, New Mexico on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The title of the Ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 150; RATIFYING ACTIONS HERETOFORE TAKEN; REPEALING ALL ACTION INCONSISTENT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; AND AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPEAL OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 150.
The title sets forth a general summary of the subject matter contained in the ordinance.
Complete copies of the ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for inspection and/or purchase during regular office hours. This Notice constitutes compliance with Section 3-17-3, NMSA 1978.
