Notice is hereby given the City of Elephant Butte, County of Sierra, State of New Mexico, will hold a Community Informational Meeting regarding Warm Springs Phase II Infrastructure Improvement Plan, at 5:30pm, on Friday March 31st, 2023, in the Council Chambers at 103 Water Avenue.
