In Accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Notice is hereby given that the Regular meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Elephant Butte, New Mexico scheduled for January 18, 2017 is cancelled due to lack of quorum.
Council will meet in Special open session on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 103 Water Street, Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
Agendas may be obtained 72 hours prior to the meeting through the City Clerk’s Office at 103 Water Street, Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
